The Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce recognizes the value, strength, and competitive edge our region possesses within our diverse community. The following list of small businesses are owned by diverse suppliers, which include 51% owned, operated, and controlled on a daily basis by people of color, women, disabled, veteran, or other federally designated Small Business Administration 8(a) disadvantaged businesses.
We want to encourage our members to be intentional and supportive in doing business with these companies, as well as, continue to celebrate and practice inclusion and diversity in every aspect of your organization.
The Chamber runs a Small Business Webinar Series, where we discuss our role in supporting small businesses throughout our region. This can be an invaluable resource for all businesses, even if you are not a member of the Chamber.
Network with business professionals in a fun, relaxing atmosphere at the Chamber’s monthly Business After Hours (BAH) event. The BAH is a relationship-building experience gathering local business leaders to learn, exchange business cards or just come to unwind and socialize.
The Chamber's leads groups are comprised of individuals from different industries who meet twice a month. These groups form alliances with one another to identify prospects and foster increased business.

The Chamber, in collaboration with Chamber PG, is launching a new series of video to promote living, working and visiting New Haven. These videos will be linked to the Chamber and municipal websites. They will also be featured on Youtube, Vimeo, and a new website called discovernewhavenct.com.
