Why Greater New Haven

EC_1600x300_NHpage

New Haven is the second largest city in Connecticut, with a population of over 120,000 and is well-known for its highly educated, innovative workforce and entrepreneurs alike. The education, healthcare/life sciences, and manufacturing sectors benefit the surrounding region of 16 towns. Of note, New Haven had the first public tree planting program in America, producing a canopy of mature trees, including some large elms, which gave New Haven the nickname "The Elm City." The New Haven Green is the site of many free music concerts such as the New Haven Symphony Orchestra, the July Free Concerts on the Green, and the International Festival of Arts and Ideas.
