What You Can Expect

  • Accelerated training for in-demand healthcare roles
  • Hands-on, practical skills employers value
  • Flexible schedules through trusted training partners
  • Job placement assistance
  • Real opportunities with respected healthcare employers in Greater New Haven

Many entry-level roles offer steady hours, stability, and room to grow. When you start in healthcare, you step onto a ladder with real upward movement.

Programs vary by partner, but commonly include:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

CNAs provide hands-on support to patients, helping with daily activities like bathing, mobility, and meals. They work closely with nurses and are often the primary point of day-to-day patient care.

Phlebotomy Technician

Phlebotomy Technicians specialize in drawing blood for tests, transfusions, and donations. Precision, calm communication, and patient comfort are key to this fast-paced role.

Patient Care Technician (PCT)

PCTs support patients by monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and performing basic clinical tasks. The role blends direct patient care with technical skills in hospital and clinical settings.
